Many home buyers today are choosing wood tile flooring instead of hardwood. The ceramic tile flooring we use looks and feels just like real wood but is more affordable. It is also more durable and easier to clean and maintain.
Plus, if you happen to get a chip in the floor, all you need to do is replace a tile instead of the entire floor. Luxury Vinyl Tile or LVT is becoming a favorite with families with pets and active children. Of course, we are happy to install natural hardwood flooring for homeowners that desire that option.

We offer what our customers desire. If they want two paddle fans in every room they would get it priced out with two paddle fans in each room, not one paddle fan at a standard cost and the other at a 200% markup which is industry standard.
Same as Cambria, we don’t charge a premium for anything as long as they tell us before it is ordered or installed. Framing changes are different, whatever it costs will be charged to the customer as long as that is all it is affecting, changes like this have a domino effect.
