Cabinets & Countertops
We don’t have pre-selected or pre-configured standard cabinets and countertops. You have the freedom to choose the cabinets and countertops you want installed in the kitchen, bathrooms, entertainment center, office nook, and anywhere else in the home.
You can choose all wood, no particle board factory constructed cabinets with a wide variety of available features or custom cabinets and countertops made especially for your new custom home.
Appliances
We know that you are going to love all the appliances in your home. Rather than selecting appliances from a limited builder’s list, you choose the appliances you want.
Here’s how it works:
Your custom home budget includes an allowance for appliances. Use this allowance like cash to shop for the appliances you really want. Once your selections are made we will install the appliances in your custom home when the interior is ready.
Trim & Painting
Crown moldings are an impressive design feature that accentuates the style of your home. They are available in a variety of designs, sizes and colors to match your interior design. For example, you might choose a raised center ceiling with a beautiful chandelier for a dramatic interior centerpiece. This is yet another opportunity to truly customize the interior living space of your home.
Color choices, wall coverings and painting techniques are designed to create an interior living space that truly reflects your vision. There are endless design possibilities from pre-mixed shades to custom colors, we can apply your selection anywhere in your new home. We can even match your favorite colors to achieve the appearance you want in your new custom home.
Flooring
Having the ability to select the specific flooring for every room in the home is one of the choices that clients want when building a custom home. And at RGS Custom Homes, we have the experience you need to help you choose the best flooring for your lifestyle. Whether you want natural hardwood flooring to run throughout your home, or a combination of tile, carpeting and wood flooring, it is entirely up to you.
Lighting
Lighting is an important home feature that is often overlooked by homeowners. At RGS, you don’t have to settle for standard light fixtures. Our clients can choose from an array of lighting styles for every room in the home. Your custom home can include built-in recessed lighting, track lighting, pendants above the bar, ceiling fans, and exterior lighting too. The lighting in your custom home can also be integrated with Smart Home technology.
Window Treatments
The window treatments in your custom home should reflect your style and taste, not the builder’s. Finish your custom home interior with plantation shutters, wood blinds, draperies and other window treatments customized to fit your windows. And with energy-efficient Low-E glass windows that we typically install, your window treatments and interior furnishings will be protected to help minimize UV exposure. In fact, you may decide to forego window treatments for some windows for a modern design style.
