Rough plumbing is one of the first steps in the building process. Our plumbers will lay the incoming and outgoing water and waste lines before the foundation is poured. Then, after the home pad is complete you will notice the piping stubbed out of the cement to accommodate water and sewer service.

Once the exterior and interior walls are completed our plumbing contractor returns to set the tubs you have chosen. Once the interior framing is complete, plumbers return for the “trim-out” phase. This is where they set the fixtures, hook up dishwasher, tub valves, shower valve trim, set commodes and hook up the sinks. They then run floor level lines to connect the individual fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, dishwasher, washing machine, hot water heater and other water connections to the plumbing system.
